Greece, again is the topic of discussion and is in the headlines for the major news sources. They've received their second bailout package within the past 3 years and have been downgraded by Fitch (a rating agency). My position on rates this week will be to 'Float'. The upbeat news for our economy is being overshadowed by the news from Greece.
